I’m Mel — a mum to two amazing kids, a wife, a very proud daughter, and someone who genuinely believes in leading with integrity, passion and service.
I started in real estate when I was just 21, and over the years I’ve been lucky enough to experience so many different sides of the industry. Every role, every property and every conversation has added another tool to my tool belt — but being an Investment Property Specialist and helping people navigate all aspects of their investment properties is where I’ve really found my place.
I’m a VERY proud member of the Local Property Collective team. LPC is where I get to put all of that knowledge, experience and passion into action every day — while Mel Knows Rentals is an extension of me. It’s a place where I can share what I know, answer the questions people are sometimes afraid to ask, and help landlords, investors and tenants make more informed property decisions.
For me, it’s never just about the property. It’s about the people behind it, the conversations we have, the trust that’s built, and knowing that I’ve genuinely helped someone.
